Become a Member or Sponsor

Joining HOKAFI’s Membership ranks is easy! All classes receive a certificate or membership card, newsletters and announcements of upcoming events. Review the Membership and Sponsorship Classes listed below.

Golden Corporate Member: $500/year – Voting

Golden Corporate Members are voting members and may appoint one representative to vote in the annual board of directors elections, to be nominated to the board of directors and to be appointed to a committee or task force. Golden Corporate Sponsors are listed in each newsletter and are named as contributors to the printing of one newsletter.

Silver Corporate Sponsor: $250/year – Non-Voting

Silver Corporate Sponsors are non-voting and are listed in each newsletter.

Associate Member: $25/year - Voting

Associate Members are entitled to vote in the annual board of directors elections, to be nominated to the board of directors and to be appointed to a committee or task force.

Senior Associate Members: $20/year - Voting

Senior Associate Members receive the same benefits as Associate Members, but this membership class is reserved for individuals age 55 and older.

Senior Sponsor: $15/year – Non-Voting

Senior Sponsors are non-voting. This membership class is reserved for individuals age 55 and older.

How do I Become a Member?

There are two options to become a member from the HOKAFI website. You can either print out the PDF form on this page and mail it to the address listed below or you can check out safely and securely with PayPal directly from this page.
